Include the product, exchange or broker, your country and whether you want self-hosted software or arranged hosting. Never include passwords, API secrets or recovery phrases.

After an agreed installation, check access, settings and supported simulation. Connecting an account and enabling live execution are separate decisions under your control.

Is the public demo a real trading account?
No. It uses bundled synthetic prices, balances and fills. It has no connection to any live trading service or existing demo service. Resetting or reloading returns it to its sample state.
Will I receive every feature shown on the website?
Features depend on the supplied product and build. The screenshots show the dated operator workspace. Check the delivery matrix and agree the exact build before purchase; the newest native customer packages remain pending qualification.
What is the difference between owned and hosted?
Owned plans are self-hosted software channels. Hosted plans involve arranged infrastructure and licensing. Confirm the particular plan’s installation, update and support terms through AIE before ordering.
Does buying the software fund a trading account?
No. Software and hosting charges are separate from trading capital, exchange fees and other third-party costs. AIE does not guarantee a profit or protect you against market losses.
How do I contact AIE?
Use the enquiry form in the billing portal. It accepts a name, email, subject and message without requiring you to place an order. Existing customers can use their client area for support.
